Terms of Service & Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Data

This service links your Patreon membership to your VRChat account so that access to
private VRChat worlds and related features can be granted automatically according to
your membership tier.
1. Using the service
To use the service you sign in with Patreon and then register your VRChat display
name. Once registered, access to worlds and features is applied automatically based on
your Patreon membership status and tier.
If you upgrade or change your membership on Patreon, the permissions of the linked
VRChat account may be updated automatically, so users who have already registered
normally do not need to register again.
This service is not an official Patreon or VRChat service and is operated
independently of both platforms.
2. Eligibility
This service is intended for users aged 18 or over. You may only register Patreon and
VRChat accounts that you own or are otherwise entitled to use. When using Patreon and
VRChat you must also comply with each platform's terms, community guidelines and
related policies.
3. Account linking and access
Whitelist access is determined automatically from the current membership status
confirmed through the Patreon API. Access is normally applied immediately after
registration, but may be delayed temporarily due to incidents or maintenance affecting
Patreon, VRChat, the network or this service.
Features and benefits may differ between free membership and each paid tier.
Early-access features such as "Early" may still be under development and testing, and
their content, behaviour or availability may change before public release.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Registering another person's Patreon or VRChat account as your own
- Attempting to bypass access restrictions or the whitelist system
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service, its API or the world systems
- Placing excessive load on the service through automated requests, attacks or other
abnormal means
- Sharing private access information or links with others without permission, thereby
helping unauthorised users gain access
- Using the service in a way that violates Patreon's or VRChat's terms or community
policies
Where necessary for the security or normal operation of the service, access for the
accounts concerned may be temporarily restricted or removed.
5. Changes and discontinuation
VRChat and Patreon are external platforms, so some features may change or become
temporarily unavailable following changes to their APIs, policies or systems. Features,
worlds and membership benefits may be added, modified or discontinued during
development. Where possible, significant changes will be announced via Patreon or other
official channels.
Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Data
I consent to the collection and use of the personal data below for the purpose of
linking my Patreon and VRChat accounts and granting access according to my
membership.
Data collected
- Patreon account identifier
- Patreon membership status and current tier
- The VRChat display name you enter
- Where necessary for linking, identifying information for that VRChat account
- Date and time of registration and membership verification
- Current whitelist and service access status
Patreon and VRChat passwords are not collected. Patreon authentication is
performed through Patreon's own sign-in process.

- Updating access when membership changes or ends

Collected information is not sold for advertising purposes.
Retention
Account linking information is retained for as long as it is needed to provide the
service. It is deleted when you request unlinking or deletion, or when it is no longer
needed to provide the service. Where retention is required for operational or legal
reasons, a minimal amount of information may be retained for that period.
External services
This service uses Patreon for authentication and membership verification, and may use
VRChat-related information to confirm your VRChat account and grant world access.
Information handled directly by Patreon and VRChat is subject to each service's own
privacy policy and terms.
Withdrawing consent and requesting deletion
You may request unlinking and deletion of the personal data held by this service at
any time.
